Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights Notice

1. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in The Sovereign System, including but not limited to the methodology, frameworks, protocols, vocabulary, assessment tools, course materials, and supporting technology, are owned exclusively by ZOS Creative Ltd (trading as Champion Pride Equestrian).

2. Protected Methodology and Trademarks

The following terms, frameworks, and systems are proprietary to ZOS Creative Ltd. Unauthorised commercial use, reproduction, or adoption of these terms in a competing context constitutes infringement:

  • The Sovereign System
  • The Neurochemical Contract
  • The Liquid Dish (biomechanical model)
  • The 12-Week Recode (and all phase names: Neurological Recruitment, Hypertrophy, Generalisation)
  • Operator Biomechanical Index (OBI)
  • Worry Software and Alpha State (as assessment states within the Sovereign System)
  • The Sovereign Handshake
  • Tail Shimmy Release
  • The Legacy Matrix
  • Track to Pitch
  • Wither Gap (as a diagnostic marker within the system)
  • Green Gate / Red Gate (as module progression gates)
  • CERTIFIED SOVEREIGN OPERATOR
  • The Sovereign Academy
  • Champion Pride Equestrian (brand name and device mark)
3. Licence Granted to Students

Upon purchasing a Course, ZOS Creative Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Course Content for your personal educational development only.

This licence does not permit you to:

  • Teach, instruct, or provide coaching to others using The Sovereign System methodology without a current Certified Sovereign Operator licence issued by ZOS Creative Ltd
  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Course Content
  • Register or attempt to register any trademark, domain name, or commercial identity incorporating the protected terms listed above
  • Represent The Sovereign System as your own methodology
4. Certified Sovereign Operator Licensing

CERTIFIED SOVEREIGN OPERATOR is a commercial licence issued annually by ZOS Creative Ltd. It authorises licensed practitioners to advertise their use of The Sovereign System methodology in a professional coaching context.

Licensing is available only to individuals who have successfully completed the Coach Certification track of the Sovereign Academy and passed the final CPD-accredited assessment. Application is subject to approval by ZOS Creative Ltd.

Licensed operators may not sublicense, transfer, or otherwise grant rights to third parties. ZOS Creative Ltd reserves the right to revoke a licence at any time for breach of the operator code of conduct.

5. Enforcement

ZOS Creative Ltd actively monitors for unauthorised use of its intellectual property. Infringement will be pursued through civil proceedings without prior notice. We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief and damages including legal costs.
